I was a little skeptical at first. But I decided to try it because of all the good reviews, and I am very glad I did. I noticed a big difference in just a few days and I will continue to use this toothpaste along with a regular toothpaste (just to get that extra tooth protection, tartar control). Whitening toothpastes, in my opinion need to be used together with a regular toothpaste. This toothpaste tastes fresh and foams up well, it feels like a ton of tiny bubbles having a party in your mouth. The flavor is pleasant and it really works on getting your teeth whiter.

Colgate Optic White Mouthwash:
I tried the sparkling fresh mint flavor. Its alcohol free. This mouthwash contains the same ingredients as the teeth strips you might have used, but the mouthwash contains a gentle, lower hydrogen peroxide level vs the strips. The mouthwash can be used by anyone 12 yrs and older - a little bit goes a long way, all you need is 1/2 fl oz or just 3 tsp used both morning and night. Swish for 60 seconds.
Colgate Optic White Mouthwash has a foaming action that reaches hard-to-brush places, helping to whiten teeth and freshen breath. For an extra white smile, use after brushing with an Optic White toothbrush and toothpaste.
Ive been using it close to 2 weeks now and have seen a difference in the color of my teeth. The foaming action really makes it get in between teeth. The flavor is strong but it does its job. I typically use Listerine and that's strong. But it also makes you feel as if its working.
